Seven people went on a boat tour and then ended up being marooned on an island for a few years. The acting was terrible, and the castaways never looked like they had been on the island for more than 10 minutes. They had a Professor on the island who made a ton of cool stuff, but couldn't get them off the island. Ginger was a Holllywood actress, Mary Ann was straight off the farm. In my next post, I'll tell you all about The Partridge Family, another wacky 70's hit.
