Muenkel 0 #16 January 27, 2003 For me, out the front is just woods on the other side of the street. The real view is out the back which is mountains and valleys for miles. In fact the view from my kitchen table on a clear day is approximately 10 miles of rolling mountains. _________________________________________ Chris

mouth 0 #18 January 27, 2003 My front yard is nothing special until Spring when the azeleas bloom. The back yard is a childs heaven. Rope swing, trampoline, swing set, a huge tree house, and a pool. Not much in the scenery there, but it keeps my kids home and happy. -- Hot Mama At least you know where you stand even if it is in a pile of shit. SpeedRacer 1 #21 January 27, 2003 Just a small apartment building across the street. But one evening last summer there was some drunken fighting going on out there. I looked out & saw a couple of police cars out there & it looked like one of those "domestic disturbance" scenes on COPS OK, shirtless fat drunk rednecks are not as attractive scenery as the Rockies, I'll admit. misskriss 0 #22 January 27, 2003 Quote trampoline, We're having the big trampoline debate...I think it would be fun for the kids and he's scared that if the neighbors kids get hurt they will sue us.. do you let other kids jump and if you do...do you make their parents sign a waiver???
mouth 0 #23 January 27, 2003 Honestly I haven't made anyone sign a waver to jump on the trampoline or swim. I have a limit of 2 on the trampoline at a time which helps. I generally am always out by the pool when we have kids over, but I also ask parents to come a different times so they appreciate how their kids behave in the pool. It helps that I know the parents too, because we live in a closed neighborhood. -- Hot Mama At least you know where you stand even if it is in a pile of shit.
