somejumper 0 #1 January 22, 2003 So there's this girl in a couple of my classes this semester. We've talked in every class since our initial meeting. This weekend, she saw me at blockbuster. I was talking to a friend and she had to ask the girl next to me to get my attention. So yesterday in class, the first thing she asks me is, "So, was that your girlfriend?" If she wasn't digging me, she wouldn't care, right?
wmw999 2,447 #2 January 22, 2003 Right. Sounds like she's interested to me. No guarantees of course, but have fun! Wendy W. goose491 0 #5 January 22, 2003 No! That is: No she wouldn't care (about "is that your GF?") if she was not interested. IMHO.... Go for it! And as Wendy said: "Have fun" Nick My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!

TheBile 0 #7 January 22, 2003 Don't get carried away with the question. It may mean something it may mean nothing. She may have just been making conversation. She may have just been askling an innocent question as a plutonic friend. The only way your gonna know for sure is to ask her out.Gerb I stir feelings in others they themselves don't understand. skymama 37 #9 January 22, 2003 Yes, I think she's interested. Go for it, the worse thing she can do is turn you down. No big deal. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon

wmw999 2,447 #12 January 22, 2003 I think a picture of your new genital piercing could be a real turn on Don't have one? Well, then go get it! What a conversation-starter that would be Wendy W. What a conversation-starter that would be Wendy W. LOL "Hi there, have you seen my penis?" Cut that one out from the herd. Ask her to lunch or a beer. Either that or wait for you to tackle you in a dark hallway. The basic problem with the relationship rules is that guys are always the ones who have to deal with initial rejection. Then when guys get a little emotionally calloused from dealing with it, we are regarded as insensitive. "You don't want to go out with me? You must think I'm not good enough to date you, but no big deal." Ouch. If gals want to keep guys open, maybe they should be the aggressors and take chances on getting burned. That would put a little honesty in the front part of relationships too. One less game.
