mujie96 0 #1 January 18, 2003 Can anyone recommend any? Preferably legal and/or natural-I'm sick and having a lot of trouble making it through a full night at work and I NEED to work all night tomorrow after I only made $10 in 4 hours tonight. LouDiamond 1 #2 January 18, 2003 Go to GNC or any other health food store and ask for Xenadrine. It is billed as a fat loss catalyst. It contains Ma Huang, Guarana extract and bunch of other ingredients but those two are the ones that give you the Zing. Don't take too many of the things as some people have died from taking asssinine amounts. Several of the ingredients are what you also find in Go FAst/Red Bull but they will get you and your heart going prety damn fast so do it in moderation. Good choice in not doing something illegal. Dumpster 0 #3 January 18, 2003 I would agree with Lou- Xenadrine works great, but don't overdo it. I made me a little cranky, but not too bad. I prefer Red Bull myself, when I know I need to pull 6-8 hours extra, or I'm feeling a little slow on a Saturday afternoon. Easy Does It

PhillyKev 0 #5 January 18, 2003 Hell, just get straight ephadrine from GNC. It's the basic building block of meth. It'll definitely keep you going.
freefallfreak 0 #6 January 18, 2003 Uhh, if you are just wanting to stay awake and you don't want to use chemicals, I have a solution (of sorts). Take two rubber bands and attach a paper clip to each one. Tie the rubber bands, one to each nipple, stretch the rubber bands tight and place the paper clips between your teeth. Clamp down real tight on the paper clips. If you go to sleep, you will be awakened rather rudely but effectively...lol. FFF Disclaimer: Use of these instructions in no way takes the place of sleep. mujie96 0 #11 January 19, 2003 I run, lift weights, swim, bike upon occasion, and do yoga. It isn't cutting it, but thanks for the input. Just keep swimming...just keep swimming....
jessd 0 #12 January 19, 2003 How is yoga? I just started working out again and am curious about the benefits of it. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

mujie96 0 #14 January 19, 2003 I was a wee bit skeptical about it but I find it incredibly relaxing. I'm not sure about the cardio or strength benefits, I think if you're already in good shape (which I'd like to think I am) it serves more to provide you with balance. Its certainly damn good for your sense of balance and if you find the right class its great for flexibility. Mostly I really like the peace I manage to find for 75 or 90 minutes, it seems to stick with me until someone really pisses me off Just keep swimming...just keep swimming.... I'll probably pick up a few cans of the new sugar free Red Bull on the way tonight. I was hoping someone would tell me that ginseng or green tea extract was the shit, but oh well, who really needs SLEEP anyway? Just keep swimming...just keep swimming....
