2 weeks ago today I quit smoking...And about an hour ago I bought a pack. I'm gonna try to quit again after Eloy, but I'll smoke for my vacation.

Right now I feel like scum though. No, lower than scum. I'm the feces of the bacteria that feed off of the scum. Damb nicotine!!! Sweet sweet nicotine...

Stay quit for 2 more days -- you can't smoke on the airplane anyway. And think about it -- you'll be doing all kind of things that are different from your normal routine in Eloy anyway. So so put that pack on the coffee table and use it to tell you that you're a dumbass if you smoke the whole thing.

hey has it ever occurred to you that smoking just flat out tastes & smells like shit? I think THAT is the big secret the tobacco companies are hiding from us. damn I tried it when I was 17 & to this day I cannot see how it ever caught on. cigs suck.

I just started taking Welbutrin. The doc gave it to me said it's supposed to make it a lot easier to quit. Quitting next week after I've got plenty of it coursing through my veins.

I tried welbutrin a while ago. I didn't like the way it made me feel. Always sketchy and spacing out. Hope it works for you Kev. I had been on the patch, and I found it actually was a big help. My problem was thinking it wasn't doing that much, and not wearing it for a couple of days.
