jessd 0 #1 January 9, 2003 Is anyone planning to watch this show? My personal opinion is that she is so desperate to find love and happiness. I think that is it rather funny that she was on the Bachelor and now has her own show. I may watch now and then for a few laughs - watching it right now. weid14 0 #2 January 9, 2003 really? which one is it?
jessd 0 #3 January 9, 2003 Her name is Trista. I didn't watch much of the Bachelor, but she was obviously one of the ones that got turned down. She spoke a little at the beginning of this show and said that her heart was broken when she was rejected. weid14 0 #4 January 9, 2003 so now she wants to get back at the male population and trash some hearts? typical female....
jessd 0 #5 January 9, 2003 That is so not typical of all females. Maybe of her though. She should have just sucked it up and found someone like the majority of the population. The guys on the show are a bunch of suckers though. One of them gave her a Tiffany bracelet - "hello, he just met her and obviously bought before he even met her." dave610 0 #6 January 9, 2003 How many wives will wake up in the morning with nots on their head from banging the headboard, because their husband was thinking about "The hottie Bachelorette" tonight?

VivaHeadDown 0 #10 January 9, 2003 I watched Joe Millioniare to see if the women lived up to my expectations. And, as promised, they did, A bunch of GOLDIGGING wenches. That was some fun stuff. Go Joe!
PLFXpert 0 #11 January 9, 2003 Yes, I'm a sucker for ALL the stupid shows, especially "reality" ones on television. I think it's the sociology minor in me that likes to analyze what these people will do/react to next. I can't say I'm a fan of Trista but I LOVE that the woman's in charge and the men are graveling for her affection this time, instead of the other way around. Nice! Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
misskriss 0 #12 January 9, 2003 I watched too and I agree it was nice to see the men pining away for once. I don't necessarily think it's a bad way to meet your potential mate. They're all going into it with hopes for a long term commitment of some sort and seem to have the same goals and ideals. They are just cutting to the chase quickly... foregoing all of the dating bullshit so to speak and laying their hearts on the line immediately. So many marry for the wrong reasons...out of feelings of obligation..unplanned pregnancy...because they feel they should..etc.....to me those marriages have less chance of making it than Trista's and whomever she chooses.. happythoughts 0 #13 January 9, 2003 I'm just jealous. I'm stuck with my job while their job consists of getting paid to date. (Not that it makes him/her a hooker). On the guy shows, the guy sits in a hot tub with 10 beautiful women. All of them know they'd better boink him or lose out to the competition. They also know that the sex had better be better than the rest. His "job" is to decide which one was the best, then do tv appearances for a while and talk about it. Life can be tougher.
