happythoughts 0 #1 December 16, 2002 Here is the process. During each year, I have 25 "best" days that were better than any other days of the year. I also have 50 "lifetime" days. Days that are the 50 best of my life. Each year, I try to improve so that 5 of my "best of the year" days move into my "lifetime best" days. All during the year, I keep trying to move a new "best" day in. Around July, I evaluate how I can replace 10 of them by the end of the year. I also look at how they became qualified to be "best" days. What was special that made them great? I try to repeat those processes. I also try to position myself for good days. Have good problem solving skills and improve my coping methods. I am taking college courses to improve my skill set so that when a better job comes up, I am prepared to jump into it. That is how I plan to make next year excellent.
Deuce 1 #2 December 16, 2002 Too much math for meFor me it's all about "enough", to be happy with "enough". Could I have laughed more, yes, did I laugh enough, yes. Good year. Same thing for loving, good conversation, skydives, and getting laid. You could almost always have more, but you have to learn how to be happy with "enough". wlie 0 #3 December 16, 2002 I'd like to earn a coach rating so that I can give back to the sport that has changed my attitude and character for the better. I'd also like to take evening business classes to prepare myself to be self-employed in 2 years. My other ride is the relative wind.
skybytch 273 #4 December 16, 2002 I didn't get laid enough this year, and only about 80% of what I got was worth the effort it took to get. But it was still a good year. Amazing what a handful of shit hot skydives can make up for.

I would say that you and Skymama are definitely number 1 and number 2. My skydiving experience reached its pinnacle when I touched Stacy. I am without goals now. Of course, Skymama merely treated me like one of her bitch-boys. I was only allowed to touch her when carrying her from the restaurant.
RevJim 0 #11 December 17, 2002 Totally ignoring everything that was posted, and only addressing your subject... As far as I am concerned, have been concerned, or will be concerned, ever year that I am here is a good one. Anything else is just icing on the cake! It's your life, live it! I didn't get laid nearly enough last year, but just one of those lays has changed my life forever.... One thing I learned this year, its not about the quantity....damn, never thought I'd hear myself say that! -------------------- He who receives an idea from me, receives instruction himself without lessening mine; as he who lights his taper at mine, receives light without darkening me. bobsled92 0 #18 December 17, 2002 EXCELLENT Life improvment skills. I count a "BAD DAY" as something that changes mylife in a negative way. If I don't remember what it was excatly or feel no effect, then it donesn't count=didn't really change my life. LAST 4 YEARS=3 Bad Days Total. _______________________________ If I could be a Super Hero, I chose to be: "GRANT-A-CLAUS". and work 365 days a Year. http://www.hangout.no/speednews/
