dove 0 #3 December 11, 2002 Oh quick... where's Michele? Michele is a skydiver and just about the coolest chick on earth (and a little famous too) AND she's a real estate agent. DING! DING! DING! Fall in dove.
Yoshi 0 #4 December 11, 2002 skydiving weather year round... much more jumps than here in indiana where times like now are cold and even undesireable for a strapping young freefly lad like myself-yoshi _________________________________________ this space for rent. Gawain 0 #5 December 11, 2002 Well head west to California (that's where Michele is too!)...the weather is DRIER and more moderate...and if you have a Kawi...we got the best damn canyon carving roads you could ever want. Texas is like...flat... .............. (waiting for AggieDave to chime in) So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light! wmw999 2,452 #6 December 11, 2002 (checks -- nope, not Aggie Dave) but I'll post anyway. Houston is not the best motorcycle city, I'll grant you. But good real estate values for buyers, 2 (count'em 2) Otter DZs, shorts in January. The humidity makes it easier to pack, and it's much easier on your skin! Gas is cheap. Anyway, I'm in southeast Houston -- what could be cooler than living close to me? Wendy W. There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)
Yoshi 0 #7 December 11, 2002 yeah I dont like the flat part... I am tired of it...indy is really flat... also cali is good, but my wife is a pharmicist and the cali law portion for getting a licence is rumored to be VERY difficult and she didnt want to go there... so its either arizona or texas and she has family in the houston area (katy) so thats where we will prob. end up.. -yoshi_________________________________________ this space for rent. [5 year old bragging voice] Well...here in So Cal, I have access to 3, count 'em 3 Otter DZs, plus a King air north of me ... Of course, I'm not as cute,...I heard ZP is a b*t*h to pack in humidity, am I wrong? STill have better weather...So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light! Yoshi 0 #9 December 12, 2002 I find it harder to pack in dry weather..especially cold... when its humid I think the moisture makes the fabric a little less slippery making it a little easier to control...but I psyco pack so its always easy for me :):):) -yoshi_________________________________________ this space for rent. Michele 1 #10 December 12, 2002 QuoteMichele is a skydiver and just about the coolest chick on earth Oh, man, I owe you a giant hug for that one, honey! Here ya go... <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Here's the deal. I can't work anywhere but CA, but what I can do, because I am with the largest company nationwide, is refer you to an agent in the area you are looking to buy/rent in. What this does for me is it puts me on the referral list - which means if someone comes to my area through our relocation, I get assigned to them. Or if they're moving out of our area, I get assigned to them to sell their house. And being on the referral list is a coveted and great place to be, because it means a steady stream of clients. But I can't get on the list unless I give out one referral per quarter...and I haven't been on the list since the beginning of 2002. I would love to get back on it... So, anyone who is moving, in the US (including Alaska and Hawaii), drop me a line here, and I'll hook you up with some really excellent, qualified agents...please! I'm begging here. And I'll even buy you a jump ticket at your new DZ once you've relocated. Hey - now I'm begging and bribing! Whooooooooooohoooooooooo, wheeling and dealing now!! ladyskydiver 0 #15 December 12, 2002 Hey, Michele! Here's another one to help get you on the referral list. Would you be able to hook me up with a real estate agent in southeast Wisconsin - Milwaukee/Waukesha area? I'm not relocating but am looking to buy a house. Jump ticket not necessary - just a jump with you should I ever get the chance to meet you. Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably. And never regret anything that made you smile.

Michele 1 #17 December 12, 2002 Hi, FireCat, and Johnny D... Sure thing. Denver - no problem. Wisconsin? No problem. the moon? Well, perhaps a wee small problem, but I'd find a way to work it out. PM me what you need, what you want and where, and your contact information, and when I get to the office tomorrow, I'll get to work on it. Thanks, guys - this helps more than you'd realize. There was a deal I missed (big money, too...) because I fell off the list... And yes, I'll jump with you, Cora, and Johnny, you get a ticket and a beer.
