dove 0 #6 December 8, 2002 I wish I had disposable income. Though I'd never buy a new car - even if i won the lottery - I'd sure rack up a lot of jumps! Congrats on your new ride. Fall in dove.

Scoby 0 #8 December 8, 2002 Sedan or coupe? My girlfriend is trying to get me to buy the G35 Coupe. I'm trying to hold out until the Mazda RX-8 arrives. The G35 is a truly sweet car, in either form factor. Enjoy!

Scoby 0 #14 December 9, 2002 Yeah, I can see the point in that. My boss insists on driving a coupe, even though it's a huge pain in the ass getting everyone in the car. He's looking for a replacement for his 8-series, but there are almost no options right now. Basically, there is the Mercedes CL and...um, that's about it. My suggestion of a Maserati 4200GT was met with laughter. I'm at that age where I'm old enough to afford a sports car, while still young enough to enjoy one. But I'm notoriously indecisive and there are a bunch of glorious options at the moment...

Scoby 0 #19 December 9, 2002 Quote*cough*350ZX It's at the top of the list, currently, but I have a policy of not buying cars over MSRP (which is what the dealers want at the moment). I'm salivating in anticipation of the RX-8. There is also the G35 coupe. On top of that, there are the WRC-alikes on the way, the Mitsu Lancer Evo VII and the Subaru WRX STi. On the budget end, I've driven the RSX Type-S and the Mini (sadly, not the S). Both are wonderful cars, and appeal to my inner cheap-bastard. There is also the fact that there are some low mileage NSXs around. And there are other choices with their own appeals...

Then report the dealership to Nissan. Nissan is doing everything in their power to prevent dealers from selling the 350Z above list. If the dealer is reported and Nissan finds the acqusation to be true, the dealership will (should) either lose that car, or another 350Z down the road. I know for a fact that Nissan is VERY strict on this right now. - Jim"Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.

Muenkel 0 #24 December 11, 2002 Congrats Yoshi. I really like the G35. I have always been an Acura fan myself. I have owned 4 different models in the past 6 years. Lately, I have been checking out the Jaguar X-Type. But my car is only 7 months old, so I guess I will hold onto it for another year. _________________________________________ Chris
