I prefer it during the day. Not too early. I'm not a morning person really. However doing it at night was fun. I was with two other guys. It was kinda cool to see the Chem lights seemingly floating in the black abyss. My S&TA about had a fit when he was reviewing my log book for my D license and saw my "First" night jump was a 3 way free fly....
