Sebazz1 2 #2 December 2, 2002 Well my quitting smoking has not been succesful as of yet. Though it is in the back of my mind continualy. One thing that is for sure is I have cut back tremendously. Some days I go with none. Just keep trying regardless. I will be succesful soon I just know it. I am at about 5 a day average it seems.
GiaKrembs 0 #3 December 2, 2002 oooooh, I was so hoping to hear that you had kicked it!!! Okay, all you No. Cal skydivers - help Sebazz out and keep the cig's away!!!! I'll send some honey sticks for you to suck on! HA Keep strong buddy - I was such a cranky lil bi#$% last week (perfect timing to go home for the holidays). But the cravings have subsided and the edge is to a minimum. I used a program called "Smoke Away." It detoxifies the body of tobacco to lesson the suffering time. I am shocked at how well it worked. Let me know if I can help. Raddest ho this side of Jersey #1 - rest in peace brother Beth lost her cherry and I missed it .... you want access to it, but you don't want to break it. GiaKrembs 0 #5 December 2, 2002 here is the info. forgive me for not setting up the link properly (not computer literate!). Distributed by: The Council on Natural Health Phone: 800-611-5930 Web: www.smokeawayonline.com I heard about it on NPR (you may want to use this b/c you get a discount for saying you heard about it on the radio). The cost was $98.00 which includes the following: 1) Formula 1, bottle of natural herbs & vitamins to help detox the body. 2) Formula 2, bottle as a back up if you still have cravings after completion of bottle 1. 3) Aromatherapy oils to help relax you when a craving comes on. 4) Brochure and cd to help with the process - tools to target the cause of cravings and solutions to help stop the cravings. Keith 0 #6 December 2, 2002 I used Zyban. The whole process is supposed to take up to 12 weeks. I was smoke free after a week and off Zyban in 3 weeks. Worked wonders for me. I had tried *everything* else; this was the only thing that worked for me. Good Luck!!!Keith Don't Fuck with me Keith - J. Mandeville
FreeFlyHol 0 #7 December 2, 2002 Ever think of trying hypnosis? The results are amazing! I've helped friends go from 2 1/2 packs to zero in one session. Only catch...it's not magic, you have to REALLY WANT TO STOP. Hol :)When cheese gets its picture taken, what does it say?

jessefs 0 #10 December 3, 2002 I've quit for about 6 weeks now off a pack a day. I've had a total of about 3 cigs (taking a drag or two from someone else's) since then. All it took was for me to really want to quit. I made a promise to myself that I would not buy them anymore...and why break a promise to yourself, what good does that do?? Having a drag every once in awhile actually helped...it was like a reward but at the same time, got nastier as time went on. YOU CAN DO IT DUDE! Once you do, you'll wonder why the f*^k it took so longJ
FreeFlyHol 0 #11 December 3, 2002 Cleansing helps immensely too. As your body starts to release poisons, there's enough nicotine floating through your bloodstream that smoking is the last thing on your mind. But, for sure, it's all upstairs. When you are ready it's cake. x's and o's, Hol :)When cheese gets its picture taken, what does it say?
