Vallerina 2 #1 November 22, 2002 Since starting work, I noticed that I have much less energy than I did in my prime (like a year ago.) Working out has helped with this, but I don't want to spend money on a gym, it's too cold to do anything outside, and Billy Blanks is starting to get boring. My mom doesn't appreciate me jump roping in the house (she thinks it scares the dog.) So, my question to all of you is....any good recommendations for workout videos and such? I'm pretty much up for anything (heck, I've even seen a couple of belly dancing videos that looked like fun!) I just need to get a couple of videos to keep me moving during the winter months, otherwise I'll sleep for 16 hrs a day! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

Yeah, $37 a month is a little too expensive since I'd probably only use it for, at most, 5 months a year. The only one I considered was Women's Workout World for $20 a month....but, maybe if it was for $5 I'd do it. And, MissKriss, which Belly Dancing one do you have? If I'm gonna be belly dancin', I want make sure I have the best! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

If you're into videos, kickboxing and dance funk stuff are usually fun, but you're right, they do get totally boring! They're repetitive, they never change... If you tell me what you're looking to do, I'll write up a little routine for you!!!!!!! My only charge is a jump ticket when I'm at your DZ The key to walking on water... It is much easier when you have people that will push you when you don't feel like going... Rhino

skymama 37 #21 November 22, 2002 Aw, Kriss it's 10:00 and you haven't eaten anything yet? Go have some breakfast! Don't you remember Tony the Tiger telling you it was the most important meal of the day? I'm sure he wasn't saying that just to get us to buy his cereal. Seriously, I think it's true, I feel so much better in the mornings when I eat something. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
JumpNFly 0 #22 November 22, 2002 Breakfast is the most important meal of the day... it fires our metabolism and gets things rolling... if you keep up with your meals, such as every 2-3 hours, you'd be amazed at how great you'll feel after every meal. Well, as long as you eat the way I'm talking about. You won't get that full weighed down feeling... it really is cooL!!!!!!!!!!! I say that once we're all fabulous and thin, we should do a calendar:) LOL The key to walking on water... Is knowing where the rocks are
