Jessica 0 #26 November 4, 2002 0:1:2 Took the coach course, but couldn't get the eval dives in because of the weather. I should finish it in the next week or two. Did a hop n pop Friday on my new main. I didn't know that would be my last jump of the weekend! One case of beer for the new main, another for my first rating (almost). Good weekend, but I'm freaking whipped. I haven't spent two nights at the dropzone in a long time. People snore.Skydiving is for cool people only

Stacy 0 #31 November 4, 2002 2 hours late for tunnel camp on sunday:0:0 no jumps because XL held me captive in the windy hole all weekend. an excellent camp, another hour of flying for me with thomas. i was 2 hours late for camp sunday morning because silly galen, jraf, dove, and all those evil zhillians made me drink beer and jaeger. slept it off, drove back, had time for a 30 min nap, set my alarm and did it go off? no. TUNNEL DUNCE! what did i learn? 1. can't go to sleep at 5:15 and wake up at 6. bad idea. 2. driving to zhills at 6 pm when one must be in teh tunnel at 7 AM the next day is a bad idea. esp when it's TK Margarita night. 3. HANS PUT YOUR PANTS BACK ON! 4. driving without headlights is not fun 5. walmart portable alarm clocks don't work.

wildblue 7 #36 November 4, 2002 ~18 "female" prostitutes driven past:0:0 It was supposed to be a boring weekend. Even Friday at 3:45 pm, it was still on schedule to be a easy, boring weekend. Then my boss says we're drinking after work, and the president of the company is buying. Can't pass that up, it'd be rude to refuse free drinks. So then Mark (who I've dubbed freefly yoda) calls and wants to go out with some people. We hit some clubs in Cinci, one which happens to be in a rather undesireable part of town. Then I ended up with some tickets to the OSU game saturday, so I took my dad. I'm pretty sure we were drunk by 11 am. Then today, skydiverchick calls and says "hey, my movie came out, I'm bringing it over with some people to watch it" - an hour later there's a dozen people in my house, a couple cases of beer, and $65 worth of pizzas ordered. So much for the quiet weekend it's like incest - you're substituting convenience for quality

Now that it's closed I'll have to gasp! drive to a different dz! gasp! Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea. -Robert A. AggieDave 6 #42 November 4, 2002 Yeah, and the Aggies fucking lost to them. Our team has serious talent, our coach just sucks. RC needs to be fired, he needed to be fired back in the mid 1990s. We could have gone so much farther then just the Big XII title in '98, but noooo...--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." PLFKING 4 #43 November 4, 2002 Quote and the Aggies fucking lost to them. I must admit, I've been pretty impressed with A&M this year. Although they've lost a few games, they lost to good teams, and they were all close. Could we trade quarterbacks ? Michigan's looks great in practice and against weak secondaries, but when it really counts, he can't hit the broad side of a barn. Don
AggieDave 6 #44 November 4, 2002 Yeah, but the Wrecking Crew should have held those teams to much lower totals then they got. Honestly, I blame the coaching, since we have some really good players.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." mujie96 0 #45 November 4, 2002 1:2:0 One beautiful bunch of line twists that tied up the slider and sent me spinning (slowly though, this is a nice big canopy with a teensy wing loading) on my first jump. Aforementioned malfunction was NOT my packjob either.....was one of the DZ's.... Only 2 jumps, I'm limiting myself while I wait for my rig to be put together. I don't feel like shelling out $$ for rental gear that doesn't fit now that mine is almost ready. 0 cases if beer, obviously I fixed the line twists... The problem is that they live about an hour's north of the DZ, and I live an hour south and it makes the most sense to meet at the Dz. this really really sucks, my kid is gone all weekend AND I have to drive to the DZ to get him....I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. CanuckInUSA 0 #49 November 4, 2002 :4:1 - I'm not even going to talk about the first topic (though I did go out on an un-eventful movie date with a Whuffo Friday night). - I got four jumps in today which was not too bad considering my DZ only did seven King Air loads in total and let's not forget that the weather was un-jumpable all day on Saturday and it was also very foggy today until at least 11ish. So four loads for me in six hours is good. - One case of beer that I owe for jumping with snow on the ground for the first time. - And the other thing worth noting is that I fax in my "B" License application today. Hmmm ... do I see the WFFC in my future next summer maybe? Well let's not worry about that yet. But Eloy at Christmas this year will rock. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
