3mpire 0 #1 March 30, 2013 I met a pretty cool lady from Idaho who does amazing tie dye work and I was thinking it would be cool to have her do a jumpsuit for me to use on special occasions. I've got a "union suit" from here that is like an adult sized head to toe thermal underwear. Complete with the flap in the ass. Problem is it is thin so the wind will tear it up plus buttons from chest to crotch sucks (if enough pop open you have cool tie dye covers over your handles! Sweet!) Thing is most jump suits are synthetic material that probably won't die well. Anyone out there have suggestions for material or even actual jump suits that would take to dye well? hokierower 0 #2 March 30, 2013 I got a pair of freefly pants made by Skimmer Suits where she tie-dyed orange and maroon (VT colors) for the vertical stripe that runs along the side. It turned out awesome and they've lasted quite well. Two thumbs way up for her!
skybytch 273 #3 March 30, 2013 Supplex (used on most freefly suits) takes dye well.
