Does anyone out there know of ANYONE looking for a network engineer/administrator??? I'm totally willing to relocate, at my expense if necessary. I've got 6 + years experience... Cornholio 0 #2 October 23, 2002 Join the club I was laid off 6 months ago and am still searching for work. You got the experience, but do you have any Certs or a degree. Some recruiters I have talked to in the past says having both will greatly improve your chances of landing a job. Start posting on the job boards and you should find something. diver123 0 #3 October 23, 2002 I've got both. An AA in MIS and a CCNA, MCSE, and two test away from my CCNP... I've joined all the major job search communities; Monster, Dice, Hotjobs, and have e-mailed my resume (which is quite nice) to over 240 different people. freefalle 0 #4 October 24, 2002 just a suggestion, start checking with city administrations, they frequently look for people to wok in IS positions, the pay isnt always the greatest but at least its a job, check online I "think" the city of Daytona Beach MAY be hiring for computer gurus if not start checking with different counties.
