Me and Pete each grabbed an arm and leg of the gator and launched it AFF style. Me and Pete actually held that gator somewhat stable while our friend rode it. Has worked great for many alligators. 2 people launching the rider AFF style. Leg-strap and arm grips. The 2 people lift the rider by the leg straps. Also, 2 people on the head and tail each. Launch like a six-way. One hand on the head/tail and one on the arm-gripper of the launcher. Whales are larger and more prone to flipping. This might be worth a try though.
