Our final order was signed a month ago and she has been messing with my parenting time playing games.. Well, This morning I was given an extra day every other week!! I get Daniel Thursday through Sunday now!! Yeppie!! Progress!!! 30+ more days a year and counting!! And FINALLY we make some progress... Thank God!! My parents divorced when i was 4, and the courts gave custody to my mother who married like...a week after the divorce...my dad fought as hard as he could with the little money he had but couldn't win. I made the choice at age 11 to live with my father and I am soooo glad. Boys NEED their father, and I am so glad to hear that you are winning. Well...I have pretty much gotten NOWHERE in 4 frickin years. For the last couple days I have been getting together a bunch of paperwork. A new set of interrogetories. Seems my ex-wife's lawyer wants to know about ALL my financial dealings. My ex-wife seems to think I am made of money and that my Dad is John D Rockefellar. I'm sure it will be funny when he get's that tax return from last year and sees the 34,000 and some dollars of taxable income. This shit is begining to affect my mood though. I'm a bit pissy today.
