Hey, cool! I learned to fly RC on one of those Tower Trainers. I have a Hangar 9 1/4 scale (6'1" wingspan) CAP 232 with a Saito 180 for power. A Futaba 8UAF radio (maybe discontinued) and a Great planes Super Skybolt that is about 3/4 completed. I quit flying when I started jumping 2 years ago

Maybe some day I will have the money and time to get flying RC again. BTW I met you at SGC a few weeks ago, we were talking last weekend, I was sitting there Sunday watching Phree fight that reserve PC.

And just what the heck is a BASE strap? Is that like a molar strap? Because their usages are sorta obvious, although REI nylon lashing straps work just as well and cost about $3.00 each.

that cap. is a cool plane!!! i want to get an extra 300 with 97 in. wing span. but i don't think i would ever fly it... chicken shit ... i would cry if i crashed it...
