ltdiver 3 #29 September 16, 2002 Quote Nice meeting you there. The frogs are in good hands with the guys from Indiana. Another HUGE congratulations on your 10-way team, TFX, coming full circle and up there on the medal stand! How fitting and appropriate. Did you see all of us giving you a rousing standing 'O' up there from the balcony? It was a real delight seeing the Otter Chaos Team getting so excited over a circle of frogs on Friday night as well! For those of you who don't know about the frogs we're taking about, see Kallend's beautiful synopis of the Godfrog Award and its history HERE. Snowbird 0 #36 September 16, 2002 21:3:(shrug) 21 jars of peaches canned on Saturday cause my repack/wash job wasn't ready. 3 kick butt jumps today! Have I ever mentioned that I'm really addicted to this? Started doing coach jumps for my A. Now, since I did IAD I've never had anyone up close to me during a jump. That is the coolest feeling! Two nice clean docks. Needed three so I'll be doing it over, but I really don't mind. No official beers owed, since that was just a coach jump, but it was my first time docking on someone. Guess that makes it my first two-way. I'll be drinking chamomile tea to calm down before bed tonight. I am SO pumped! Doesn't matter what type of jump it was. That's beer. Preferably in green bottles. btw, next time you find yourself in this situation the safe term to use is "pre-second"
Jessica 0 #38 September 16, 2002 Quotebtw, next time you find yourself in this situation the safe term to use is "pre-second" Foremost, headmost, inaugural, initial, leading, earliest, maiden, original, pioneer, primary, prime, and number one in a series are all acceptable as well. Though if it's actually a bustable, beerable offense, it won't matter what word you use. Damn, every time I close my eyes I'm back up there, gawking at Kiwi. He is an awesome coach, I always feel so comfortable with him. Also starting to stiffen up. Some of us have been bamaging drain cells for years now. We need things kept simple. Although I do like "headmost", "maiden" and "prime."
