pop 0 #1 September 13, 2002 My diet is crap. I eat anything and everything. I eat 6 to 7 full meals a day. I drink all kinds of alcohol and smoke pot on occasion. So just for the hell of it I went and got a physical done to see what kind of shape my body is in. I am in perfect shape. Everything from cholesterol to white and red blood cells is in the best condition it can be. I'm guessing its because I invest at leat 9 hours a week to intense exercise. Instead I lost almost 40lbs and starting exercising and working out. I am 25 now, and eat crap all day, but am only 130#. I've never really been able to gain weight. All my coworkers keep telling me that they are going to laugh really hard when my metabolism slows down and I blow up like a blimp. Actually, I just started doing a good workout routine and eating better, so hopefully that won't happen. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
