I am freakin' healthy!

My diet is crap. I eat anything and everything. I eat 6 to 7 full meals a day. I drink all kinds of alcohol and smoke pot on occasion. So just for the hell of it I went and got a physical done to see what kind of shape my body is in. I am in perfect shape. Everything from cholesterol to white and red blood cells is in the best condition it can be. I'm guessing its because I invest at leat 9 hours a week to intense exercise. My conclusion: keep eating whatever I want!!!

exercise is key... i was on the verge of being put on cholseterol meds, but a fairly regular 1hour session on a elliptical walker 3 times a week got everything back where it should be.

Popster,

This time last year I was borderline high blood pressure and my doctor was considering meds. Instead I lost almost 40lbs and starting exercising and working out. When I went back for my physical, my blood pressure was down and I didn't need the meds.:)
But, you're in your early 20's, eventually that shit is going to catch up with you.

Heh, that is what everyone keeps telling me. I am 25 now, and eat crap all day, but am only 130#. I've never really been able to gain weight. All my coworkers keep telling me that they are going to laugh really hard when my metabolism slows down and I blow up like a blimp.
Actually, I just started doing a good workout routine and eating better, so hopefully that won't happen. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Man, you must be 4 feet tall. I'm 34, 6 feet and 190 lbs. And I'm skinny. And I do all the stuff that pop does, but true, true, I run the 5K and I go to the jim. Never felt better in my life. Ah, and on occasions I jump out of planes, but thats cause i'm bored;)
