They were good people and answered lots of my email until I bought, after I got the stuff they stoped answering my emails asking Q about the canopy I bought (wanted to know how to get the owners manual, I was a complete newbie by that time). They were good saving the items, I told them by email that I wanted the canopy and they saved it for a lot of time about 1-2 weeks. I called them after some weeks asking about the canopy and they said no, then I told them my name and they said "Oh yeah, we are having it here reserved for you". Delivery time was pretty fast, only thing is that they didn't told me that the PC had different colors and sent me a white one (now is kinda brownish black cause of dirt). Another thing I didn't liked is that I bought a lot of stuff from them and I didn't got a discount, only the "buy a canopy get cypress for 900$". In general they were good people and I prefer the cheap good mini rubber bands they sell instead of the ones that sunshine factory sells. Just make sure you make the order by phone. I made the order from another country, Panama.
