NAA-3105 Five Cell Para-Foil: A 180 sq. ft ram-air canopy with flares measuring 13' by 15' with five double chordwise cells with crossports. Made of 1.6 oz. ripstop nylon and 900 lb. lines. Pilot chute controlled slider. Weight 13 lbs. First introduced to the market in 1976.

Nicely done, if I may say so.

And for the gear nuts; this 5-cell used a larger/different air-foil rib than the original 189 7-cell did. This 5-cell rib then went on to become the larger Para-Foils that are used in accuracy today.

I had a FEW buddies who jumped 5 cell foils....Mostly lighter weight Guys....Never jumped one, BUT
I could pin one of those with my heavy weight cloud... like nobodies business...;). Did a lot of BiPlanes,, with Kirk..... and with HenryB|....henrys 5 cell foil still hangs in the rafters of the clubhouse/barn, @ Frontier...:)At One time I DID own a 252 Foil...!:ph34r::)Thanks Domina Jalbert....
