grue 1 #1 July 25, 2013 Been trying to find a ready-to-jump Cypres 2 and it seems like everyone sells their used ones when they need service. How long does this take? Sort of surprised it's not on the SSK site from what I can see.cavete terrae.
mark 107 #2 July 25, 2013 Routine service takes about two weeks plus time in transit. If your Cypres has to go back to Germany, then service takes longer, although there is no extra charge. Mark
councilman24 37 #3 July 26, 2013 What Mark said is normal but with fix needed and backlog in March is was about 4 weeks. Haven't checked lately and I would have expected them to be closer to normal by now but with owner's death I'd call and ask if it matters. It is what it is and can't change.I'm old for my age. I sent one in on 1 July, received it back on 22 or 23 July. Subtract two days UPS shipping each way leaves about two weeks. Looks like they are back to normal schedule. Season is about to start here and can't jump without one of the stupid things… (I don't really think they're stupid, I just hate having to buy one)cavete terrae. dpreguy 14 #8 July 26, 2013 Got two back recently. Both in about 10 days of shop time. Normal good service. Sometimes people forget shipping Ordinary Ground stretches the interval a lot.
demoknite 0 #9 July 28, 2013 Yeh normal time is about two weeks plus or minus depending one what part of the country you live in. I remember back in the day when it was around a week though.

aeroflyer 0 #11 September 18, 2014 Anyone know the current turnaround time? My rigger sent my Cypres 2 in on August 25th and still no word back. Their phone number is an answering machine, I left a message and will hopefully hear back.
