Simply what it does is send a ton of unique emails through an annonymous remailer until you shut it off. I haven't used it in a couple years, but I did get a nasty letter from an attorney when I did. I had advised the SPAMmer to take me off their list or I'd turn my SPAM machine on. He said go for it. So, permission obtained, I did - and yes, it did take down their email server. Oops...
