Slowfaller 0 #1 June 10, 2002 I'm now officially banned from using the internet here at work which means I'll only be able to visit this site on the weekends from the PC at my DZ. I have 2 strikes against me and the 3rd is termination! I almost wish I'd get fired screw this place, but I need a job to skydive. The ban is the honor system (I hope there is no spies watching me post this right now) so hopefully I'll get on here every once in a while, it just pisses me off that I got a formal email saying all internet use must cease. My work hasn't suffered at all from it they just want to control their employee's. dove 0 #3 June 11, 2002 Those bastards! Skydiving makes you happy and hence more productive (yeah - right!) Well, you ARE indeed lucky to have a job and income to pay for your jumps. Someday when a better offer comes along then you can go and make the bosses office smell like a plane on jump run! doveP.S. Monkey Claw rocks! Lucky you - that's awesome! Just think - at least you get to escape that world and really live life on the weekends. Your coworkers and bosses on the other hand..... poor things. If my job is anything like my job was last summer, I'll be on dropzone.com a lot at work!
