Senior Director of Engineering and Network Operations for a global multimedia firm.....sounds impressive, but I really just have a great team working for me which allows me to spend way too much time reading all these damn posts! : )

Where is this found on your site Dave? I gotta have it.

I used some special software to capture it and used to have it on my site. But believe it or not, I was threatened with a law suit if I didn't remove it and a few other files. Jerk. Bill Booth, why don't ya sue him and get the rights to the video handed over to dropzone.com? :)Whew, now that we got rid of him... If you want the full video (non-streaming), it is "secretly" still on my server. It's called "/misc/tandem waiver.rm". It won't show up in the file list so you'll have to just type it in. It's about 4 megs. If you just want to watch it though, get it from the original site. By the way, "my" server goes down forever in one more week. The new server is up and running though thanks to AndyMan and the skydivingmovies.com URL will shift over to the new server next week. Expect download speeds to go up!

I write real time billing systems for mobile phones or anything really that can be recorded...yawn!! yawn!!! It pays the bills and allows me to jump which is cool but after a weekend at the dropzone it's kind of depressing to come back too....I almost wanted to cry when I came back from Thialand a couple of years ago and sat at my desk!!! And when I did my aff it wasn't much different. but I figure I can travel with computing and java, so I'm looking forwards to being able to save dosh, like thats going to happen soon! with my jump bills!!! ) and jump around the WORLD!!!!! yeehar!!!
P.S. It's friday and I'm about to embark on a 6 hour drive to Sibson Airfield for a weeks jumping out of big planes! Well bigger than a C182 anyway!!
A Tenner says I don't do any work today. :-)))
( Ooops! I've won!! I'm already skiving!)

I am a project engineer in a manufacturing plant for a large corporation. I dabble in everything from manufacturing process improvements, quality improvements, to customer service projects.

Hey, you got my job!!!
Ok I do something similar. Industrial engineering manager with a heavy engineering firm. We make tank containers.
That is a 20 foot shipping container with a stainless steel pressure vessel inside. I specialise in faster, cheaper, better and annoying people:D.
I wish the real world
would just stop hassling me

I'm one of the world's leading drogue dealers. Bill Booth

......and movie star. Ya know, if you had trademarked your name prior to the release of "Cutaway", you wouldn't have to be pushing those drogues. Every skydiver that I know said, "Hey, it's Bill Booth!" Then, " Wait....what kind of a rig did he just pick up?"

Geeze there are a lot of computer geeks that skydive.......

Interesting isn't it. Of course, it could be just because the disproportionate amount of computer geeks on the internet to begin with that find dropzone.com. Still, it might be worth investigating. Isn't that crazy stunt dude (forgot name but he flew plane to plane and car jump, etc.) on the Good Stuff video a "computer geek" too?
