Do I trust this ad resonse?

Ive got someone that in response to my demanding a phone call to speak to someone before I sell gave me this response. Wiht Paypal scams i am not sure how to handle this. I responded that containers are not a one size fits all and asked what size his dad is who he says hes buying for as a "surprise". Please tell me what you think, this is the email:

I appreciate your response,I'm an marine engineer and at this moment
am presently working offshore,Sometimes access to regular emails and
phone calls is very poor offshore due to inefficiency of the immarsat
service,I located in Pacific WA, and i want you to know that I am ok
with the condition of the rig and the asking price as well,I am buying
the rig as a gift for my father and I want to surprise him.I don't
have access to my bank account on-line as i don't have internet
banking but i have my bank account attached to my PayPal account and
this is why i insisted in paying you through PayPal,kindly get back to
me with your PayPal email address and if you don't have PayPal account
yet,it is very easy to set up at your bank or online and get it set
up,after you have set it up i will only need the e-mail address you
use for registration with PayPal so as to put the money through,I can
proceed with the payment and after the payment has been done,I have a
pick up agent that will come around for verifications and to pick the
rig after i have made the payments for the rig.So I will need you to
provide me with the following information to facilitate the making of
the payment.

1.Your PayPal full name.
2.Your PayPal Email Address.
3..Your phone number.

Once again ,I will like you to know that you will not be responsible
for shipping. I will have my pick-up agent come over as soon as you
have receive the payment confirmation.

Total scam. Read the "buyer scams" link on the front page of the classified.

FYI This same guy tried to buy a rig from me for his father as a surprise a few years back.

He's sitting in an internet cafe in Nigeria, pumping out a hundred of these a day. Google "Sakawa boys"

You might wonder why the "pick-up agent" can't just bring cash. Don't ask him about it. Don't correspond with him ever again.

Definitely scam. Poor grammar, poor spelling. And whats the point of giving his pick agent his phone number of his phone doesnt work offshore. Dont fall for it

Thanks guys/gals especially Jonathan for sharing the same experience im glad you took the time to read this. Now Rich, I gotta tell ya, I have a high IQ and know my grammar but tend to be sloppy typing so i never hold that against anyone. After all, "lol" is not a word and all the other internet acronyms then these laptops are a run on thick fingers. He never did return after i let him know I contacted Paypal. Hopefully I will be working in S dakota to where I dont need to sell it. Tired CRW 4x last year and loved it and managed to fing a used Lighting and sure enough noone wants to buy a complete rig and racers dont sell alone lol
