SkymonkeyONE 4 #54 May 20, 2002 1:7:0 It rained all day Saturday and I hauled seven hunks of meat on Sunday (we were understaffed, so I volunteered). The only thing that sucks about it was that the indians weren't there; you know, the "packa-ho" tribe. I made a ton of cash, but having to pack my own tandems made it impossible to find time to fun jump. I get very cranky when I don't get to jump my wingsuit or swoop.Carlos AzulMy webpage HERE
kmcguffee 0 #55 May 20, 2002 :7:1 Competed in my first accuracy competition on Sunday. It was a blast. I actually hit the target one time! My wife did a tandem jump and I was able to jump with her. She loved it! I think she might be hooked! "Some cause happiness wherever they go; others, whenever they go."

Slowfaller 0 #57 May 20, 2002 2:3:0 Excellent day on Sunday at Chicagoland. I did 3 sitfly jumps as the weather let up and there was a hole in the clouds for the perfect spot. skymedic 0 #58 May 20, 2002 well lets see....fun weekend for sure...followed up by a bad shift day sunday and monday morning...but all in all it's good...lets see.....5(at least)number of times I growled this weekend at sunshine:3(more on these later):4lets see..first jump...horny gorilla with sunshine...it was awesome...kinda spinny but we held it almost the whole way down...First jump at archway, First jump out of a King Air.second jump was a tube exit(69 dive) with anne(fallinwoman)....out of the SDC otter..that plane is SOO fast...and fun..thanks to Roger for sending it on down to Spread the Love...oh yeah...gave anne her fist kiss pass..and didn't even know it was her first....that was interesting...(sorry Andy).....umm...then to my third jump...lets just say...I no like....I borrowed Tina's rig with a 210 omega in it...nice wings container....got onto the cessna...yes this was my first time in the cessna...yes I am a turbine snob...but hey when ya learn to jump in FL..it is hard to avoid it....we get to 4,000...I am like sorta scared...but dont know why...I get out on the step(that was weird)...jump...clear and pull at like 3800 if not a little higher....then I dont feel that pull ya normaly pull...count to 2 and then just feel the bag leave my back...then I get the longest snivel/streamer I have ever seen..under canopy...well lets just say it was just over my hard deck...not fun......so that was my first cessna jump, and my first 7cell jump that I ended up swooping it a bit to a stand up...fun jump....and man do I owe beer....it was a good weekend till obviously we got the news...thatt some one just kinda dumped on che with no tact at all...but oh well....enjoyed archway for the most part...kinda had a bad taste at first...but talked to the offenders later and they appologized...well I should say I liked it till that idiot tryed to blow us up with the incendiary devices in the fire...skymedic was NOT happy...oh well..can't protect everyone from themselves...all in all a good weekend...untill i had to go to work..and stock our brand new $100,000+ brand new ambulanceand then get woken up this morning at 330am for a crack whore in distress...oh well...CheersmarcEat my altimeter Bitch!!!! Rachill 0 #59 May 20, 2002 Very eventful Sunday at Spaceland...1st, a guy( I won't mention his name) stood up his first landing on about jump # 80 or something. We were proud. Super Dave caught an alligator out of one of our ponds.(only 3ft long) Clear Blue Skies and winds were between 2 to 7 mph all day long.I had 5 awesome freefly jumps along with 5 awesome surf landingsand to top it off on sunset load we watched a low timer land safely with 2 canopies out.Great day!!!!Blue Skies....
