The gods are conspiring against this geeky nerd in order to keep him out of the theater. I was supposed to go the The New Guy at 7 PM on Wednesday, hang out for a few hours, then see the AOTC premiere. Well, I got home from work and there was this ominous note from the 'rents, so I figured I could miss the first film (wasn't looking forward to it anyway) and see what was up. By the time I had things cleared up it was 9:30 PM, so I was going to call one of my buddies, find out where everybody was, and meet up with them. Turns out the batteries had fallen out of my Palm Pilot sometime during the day. I hadn't called any of them in months because I was away at school so I didn't remember the numbers, and my Dad had uninstalled the Palm software on the computer. My numbers, all gone.
Besides that, I haven't been inside a movie theater since I saw Doctor Doolittle II (not worth the effort of sneaking in), and before that it was Castaway.

I am constantly amazed and totally perplexed, as usual. Not exactly the intellectual stimulation I needed on some of these threads ...... However, I am non the less up to date.
Speacking of intel-
My most recent scan is in predicting to a +/- chance of a Scrap-Zone sighting.
If this recent memory recon is accurate- dont hesitate to come on in.... room is ready and we know you can both get by the animal perimeter.
It may be that I may go full bast into a new furniture re-arangement. (Pending Levin's approval) This is in anticipation of an additonal life form to be included in the dwelling. (Pending Levin's approval)
Therefore- a more comfortable quest room is awaiting the Scrap-Zone appearance.
