Neighbors think I'm nuts...) and I can run. I can squat 130 pounds and my legs look nice and curvy again. I'm ready!!!! I also have a friend who was so kind as to let me use a Spectre 135 for the first month or two or whatever.... just to give my sweet leg extra protection.
