AggieDave 6 #1 April 10, 2002 An Old Skool boogie is cranking up the weekend of May 5th at Eagle Flight Skydiving in Granbury! There should be atleast 5 182s for jumping. I know you're thinking "ahh, that sucks, 182s..." but this is going to be boogie in the old time jumping tradition. There's going to be formation loads out of multipul 182s.There is even going to be some vintage loads, with vintage gear: rounds, PCs, etc.I'm pumped, this will be a fun weekend, not something that you'll get to do very often.Sure, anyone can make a 10-way star out of a S. Otter, but can you do it out of 3 182s? "Are they short-shorts?" T.B.
freeflyguy 0 #2 April 10, 2002 As long as one of the Cessna's is a 208, I'm thereWe have had a couple of "Cessna" weekends. But that meant Caravan. ahhh. That said. I love stepping out on the strut, and step of a 182, It is so slow, and so simple, it almost brings back the essence of what is going on.Just make sure he turns on the gas.j

GroundZero 0 #4 April 11, 2002 Sheeit...I've always thought that an eight-way goes together quicker outa 2 (close) 182's than anything else...Chris
