Ok, anybody wanting to get in and is adventurous.
Go to your start menu, select "run"
type in "notepad", hit enter.
Open the file c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
or
c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
add the line
chat.extremexweb.com[tab]209.215.97.196
substituting the tab key for [tab]
Restart IE, you should be able to get in.

or go to mIRC.com and download an irc client... install said client, add a server of "irc.chaoschat.com", and join the #dropzone channel.

if you are on Windows 95 or 98
edit the file c:\windows\hosts.sam
add the same line:
chat.extremexweb.com[tab]209.215.97.196
then save the file without the .sam extention.
Reboot, and you should be in.
I'd recomend EVERYONE remove this line before next weeks chat, though.

I will not be attending the chat tonight. To much typing to fast and I know noone personally and I feel it takes away from the experience.

Anybody who tried to edit their hosts file, make sure you undo this change for next week. If you leave that entry in there, it may not work at all next week.

Search for 'hosts' and change that file with notepad. Windows 98 the file is called hosts.sam - you have to take the .sam off the file name!
For Windows 9x the file's usually in c:\windows
for NT, XP it's in c:\winnt (or c:\windows)\system32\drivers\etc
There's a vacant sign that's hanging high
But at least you're not alone
