If you are interested in congress dealings with MPAA (motion picture artists association) and other legislation since Napster and decoding of DVD then check this out. A lot of videographers use music. mp3s etc and this might be relevant.

Same topic... anyone see how PA passed a law stating that ISP's are responiclbe for making sure that illegal content can not get into the State of PA? And any violations result in a fine?

now that's just downright bs ... LOL ... talk about issuing a challenge to hackers (and wannabes)!! Not to mention ... is kinda like blaming the telephone company for someone making obscene calls ... our country's brilliant legislators strike yet again!!
As long as you are happy with yourself ... who cares what the rest of the world thinks?
