Whuffo rumors

A whuffo friend of mine said he'd heard that 4 people jumped out of the WTC on 9/11 and survived. I told him I seriously doubted it and why (massive fires = massive turbulence, would have been interviewed over and over again by nat'l. media, would have been mentioned in Parachutist or Skydiving, etc.). But, all the same, he's unconvinced. So - did it happen, or am I right in discounting it?

Myth. You are correct in your statements. Press would have been all over it by now. We know what happened to people pretty well who died on those flights. He doesn't think we'd know more about people who survived?

Yeah, there was alot of media directed to the possibility of BASE type rigs designed for hi-rise escape systems (whuffo proof rigs) but nothing about anyone jumping (with rig). Never forget them...

Yeah I can confirm your story. The victums that jumped that day may have landed alive but with the breaking of bones and sheer blunt force trauma from the landing combined with the building collapsing on them there are no survirors that made it. I know this is bad news but it is the truth.
Who ever said comming down from a high was bad obviously never tried this.

all the survivors made it...thats why they call them that.(how's that for facecious?!unfortunately there were so few survivors and none of those who jumped were labeled as such!
getting high is fun, but coming down is the best part
