Most DZs just strip old student harnesses. Any decent rigger can do that in one day.
Otherwise, you could ask any container manufacturer - or Master Rigger - to sew you up some new harnesses. The opening bid would be $400 per harness, before you start counting: sliders, toggles, risers, cutaway handles, ripcord handles, etc.
