cameramonkey 0 #5 March 11, 2002 Lummy, who do I look like, Clay??? ;)I am a professional geek(computer network engineer), and the lack of broadband would be a blow to my geekdom... hell, I was breaking out in cold sweats and considering breaking my lease several months ago. Seems the only broadband I can get here is a cable modem, and it was looking like I might lose it when Excite went under. DSL is not available in my neighborhood, and satellite has too much latency. Thought I was gonna have to move down the road to get my "real" internet back. Besides, my average daily posting is probably less than 3 a day.
