Michele 1 #17 March 7, 2002 Um, I'll try....but it is a wild guess....A P9 is a military piece of equipment/hardware that holds the parachute on a missle or other come-home-from-space things like test rockets, etc. I'm thinking it's kind of like a connector, crimping the lines in a stable point, or something to that effect.
