jfields 0 #1 February 26, 2002 I'm dropping my gear off at my rigger's after work for a 4-year cypres check and a repack. Since my rig is worth at least twice what my car is worth, I brought it into my office. I wanted to know if you all shared the same feeling I do.Does it make your day in your office better when you have your rig with you? Justin
BPO 0 #2 February 26, 2002 yup.. been there.. done that.. (lots of times actually)Just remember to put on rig when leaving your desk (to get coffee and so on).. you wouldn't want your (previously esteemed colleagues to mess with your baby!
kmcguffee 0 #3 February 26, 2002 You ain't kidding. I bought my truck used 8 years ago for $2,000. My rig cost twice that! My wife is always harrassing me with that little factoid.
freeflir29 0 #4 February 26, 2002 I have hard doors on my Jeep but they don't lock. So, DAMN SKIPPY I bring it in with me. If I'm here on a 2-10 or 4-12 shift on Fridays I usually pack it up here too. "I only have a C license, so I don't know shit..right?"-Clay

ScottishJohn 25 #9 February 26, 2002 Sometimes when it is cold and dark on a sunday I will just sick my canopy in a bin liner and take it into work on Monday where there is enough room to pack it in a nice dry, warm well light office.Makes more sense

sunshine 2 #11 February 26, 2002 During the summer, i pack my rig at the office alot. I leave the dz late and since my apt is too small to pack, i just pack in my office where there's plenty of room. skycat 0 #12 February 26, 2002 Not only do I bring it in so I can smile everytime I look at it, anytime I buy something new I have it delivered to the office where they have a very good signing in procedure unlike my apt. complex who just shoves it into a closest where anyone could take it. So I'm pretty sure everyone has seen everything from my container packed to my new reserve when it came in ready to be packed in my new container. Jabeln79 0 #22 February 27, 2002 I agree. if i plan on heading out to the DZ after work or have to go straight from the DZ to work i take my rig inside with me. I wouldnt be to upset if my car was stolen(insurance) but if they got my rig too i just couldnt go on without her.
