icemanplus 0 #1 February 8, 2002 One of my friend has a voodoo, and had it recalled by rigging innovations. He made it send by our local dealer. On the way back to France, the whole thing (harness+main and reserve chute, cypress) was lost by UPS !!!The problem is : who is responsible ? Who has to pay back? The crucial point is that rigging seemed to take a low-cost insurance, based on the weight of the package. Of course, it it nothing compared to the cost of the whole rig.Do you have information about how it works with the other manufacturers ?
FreeflyPlaymate 0 #2 February 8, 2002 Most mail services offer additional insurance. I had to send back my odessey since the riser covers were too long, I put extra insurance to cover it then some. I can't remember if it was ups though

flyhi 24 #4 February 8, 2002 Had a friend who used homeowners or renters insurance to cover the delta. Does your friend have any? Is it hot in here, or am I crazy? - Charles Mansonflyhi
