Altitrack frozen

Came home from work and noticed my altitrack, sitting on the kitchen table, was reading below zero. On closer inspection, none of the lights are on and the digital face won't change. None of the buttons work. Anyone else had this issue? What could have caused it? And more importantly how do I fix it?

Have never had the problem you describe, but remove & reinstall the battery has worked for other problems. Also might be a weak battery. Mine started doing weird things with a low battery.

No idea why, but battery would be a suspect. You can also try resetting via the small pinhole under the battery compartment door (where it says "reset").

I had a similar issue and sent an email off to L&B who said to return it and they replaced it.

Mine was locking up completely and some other funky stuff, I emailed them and they said to push the center button and the tiny reset button at the same time with the battery out and hold it for a bit, it worked for me, I've had to do it on several occasions but it gets it back up and running again.
