herc 0 #1 May 15, 2014 I am happily using those Flex-Z Goggles for a while now. But i would like to know if they have some amount of UV protection ? Does someone know the material of those Flex-Z goggles ? for all kinds of sunglasses regardless of the price and the tinting it is known that hey have 100% UV protection if they are made out of polycarbonate. SkymonkeyONE 4 #2 May 18, 2014 Does Lyle Presse still make them in Sebastian? If so, the material he uses/used was the same stuff that freezer curtains in grocery stores are made of. No UV protection as far as I know.
herc 0 #3 May 19, 2014 thanks ! UV protection is probably not as important for skydiving. but i am using these goggles for paragliding - where UV protection is necessary to protect the eyes during longer flights..
jurgencamps 0 #4 May 20, 2014 You can use the bigger version over your sunglasses.
