weid14 0 #29 January 31, 2002 Heathrow is a really nice area, as are areas of Orange City (there's a brand new golf course/housing development going in right off I-4 south of DeLand). If you're commuting to Orlando though, the I-4 rush hour (or anytime for that matter) suxs.
hisgoofyness 0 #30 January 31, 2002 it can't be worse than my commute down 75 in atlanta that i face now1 1/2 hours to go less than 30 milesatlanta traffic is second only to l.a. you must embrace the road rage.... use it for goodness sakehisgoofynessits a bird, its a plane, no wait, its one goofy s.o.b. skymama 37 #31 January 31, 2002 Lake Mary is still good, and so is certain parts of Sanford. I won't live any closer to Orlando than that, because the traffic just gets too bad. A lot of people like living across the river in DeBary and Deltona, and it is more affordable, but there is a traffic hardache there in the evenings too. Wherever you live near I-4, just make sure you're not going West in the mornings and East in the afternooons.AndreaThe brave may not live forever, but the timid may not live at all. It usually only takes me about 45 minutes when I leave at 745 AM though. "It's the cans..they're defective.
