LittleJumper 0 #1 January 28, 2002 Ok...so, we all thought the Bay Area was gonna get hit with more rain today, including SkyDance in Davis. However, as luck may have it...we had beautiful blue skies!! Unfortunately, I had some serious grocery shopping to do at Costco. For those of you who are familiar with Costco..the first thing is to be fortunate enuff to find a "good" parking spot. Then...once you're in the store...you have to dodge those starved individuals who absolutely have to park their cart in your path...causing a traffic jam...just so they can "taste" the newest item on the shelves! And then they stay there so they can have seconds!! LOLThen...there is the check out line!! Patience is a virtue!! Can anyone say "BOOBIES?" Perhaps the line would move quicker! But, then you have the member who is "no longer a member" causing more delays. Then you of course, once you're all checked out...TRY TO FIND YOUR CAR!!Ok...enuff said...My excuse is that because of the unforseen blue skies...my necessary trip to Costco...I lossed out on a couple of jumps today. I want to do more than one in one day....like 2 or 3, or more!! It's the better thing to do!!Anyhooo, I'm bitching....OMG...i said the "B" word!! skybytch 273 #2 January 28, 2002 My lame excuse for today is laundry... I really hate doing laundry, more than I hate grocery shopping or even cleaning the toilet. But if I didn't do it today I'd have no clean clothes to wear to work tomorrow... so I sacrificed a beautiful morning when I really shoulda been jumping.The clouds are heading in and the temp is dropping here in So. Cal; looks like it really will rain sometime soon, and I heard a rumor of snow levels down to 1500-2000 feet.... my house is at just under 1500 feet... Haven't seen snow here in a few years.
