fred 0 #9 December 26, 2001 I got a leatherman for christmas. It was my one gift, but something that I actually wanted, so all's good.I asked Santa for a job, but that didn't happen. I'm still hoping that I'll get that call tomorrow for an interview for the job I covet, but chances are slim. But I will be jumping next summer. And with all the arrangements I've made to save money while I'm unemployed, saving up for my own EQ should be no problem.Santa sometimes works in strange ways, folks. airann 1 #12 December 26, 2001 I got everything I ever wanted. A Christmas free of presents. It was great no shopping and no mess to clean up and no socks.Somehow, I got my Dad to realize that what he was doing -as a pilot- when I was a kid INSIDE the plane, (Split S's for a pilot is the same as a hook turn, and its a serious dive) is no more dangerous than skydiving. For this guy its a major break thru. (Whuffo Family) Anyway, my holiday was the best ever. AND I framed my brother for everything I did at my Mothers (ate all the fudge) and at my Dad's (I forgot what that was now) Santa did cha-ching in my pocket book however. $=Jump Tix =perfectMy Christmas (kinda I just made it) ~CARD~ for all of you! I look kinda freaky but you would expect that at this hour. LOLhttp://www.AirAnn.comUgly Girl #

Jabeln79 0 #17 December 26, 2001 My dad gave me cash to spend strictly on skydiving he said. Now i just have to decide between a full face, (its cold up hear in St. louis) or a protrack , i havent decided wich way to go any suggestions.. blue skies joe. freaksister 0 #18 December 26, 2001 Well, Jabelin...I say go for the Protrack IF you don't have an audible already. Protracks are awesome (hell, I have had TWO!) but I now own a Skytronic FX which does the same things as the ProTrack but is only about $165 or 180 depending on where you get it. Anyway, you can buy a used full face helmet for pretty cheap if you are looking. I got my factory diver (still in beautiful shape!!) for $75. Point is: look, be smart, shop around.Hugs!SisI feel so alive, for the very first time-and I think I can fly! - P.O.D.

My parents got me a 0 deg sleeping bag for those chilly nights at the DZ or one of my silly trips into the woods of Montana chasing large furry animals. I think I'm going to buy myself a new canopy soon as a late Christmas present.
