Anyone competing at Collegiates this year ?

I was just curious if anyone is competing this year of if you have competed previous years.

I'll be there for Freefly and probally Sport accuracy. I heard that there is a team looking for a 4 way member that I might fill in for too.

I have doubts about going now. I am only taking 11 credits and 12 is needed to compete. Also no one from my skydiving club at school is going too, so i dont want wander around like an idiot because I dont know anybody. Really sucks for me because I really wanted to go.

We tried to go last year...asked for funding from the school (cuz every other freakin club gets it) but the communists said we did something that was too dangerous. and we didn't even mention the partying that goes on at dz's after dark!!!

Yes, but statistics do not phase the SORF board... "we can't fund those crazy skydivers... people could make a big deal out of it if something happened! Now, back to business... what kind of cars do we want to buy the basketball team this year?"

Then we asked for a camera to, uh, make a video from the ground about the club....got rejected there too.
For Marc and the other falling Illini to go in the future, you will probably have to foot the bill yourselves.

AGGGHH!
I had planned on going and competing in 2 way and accruracy, but I don't have the money to make it.
Our school is awsome, though (Texas A&M, if you didn't guess/know) and gave the club almost $2k for it this year!
If you're going, besure to look up the Aggies, they are a hell of a group and love to drink beer, get naked and do crazy wacky things at the DZ after dark.

Lake Wales from the 27-Jan 1. I found out most the jumps are going to be from the 182's that are there. The CASA and Otter will be put into use too I want to touch the sky, I want to fly so high ~ Sonique

We will be out there for Southern Illinois University...The "Dawg Droppings," our 4-way and a sport accuracy and a regular accuracy. Can't wait to meet everyone and have a safe, fun, time!
