Drinking with the Russian chick during the 120 waysKeith got confused:. . . and thought Bill said "Drinking the Russian chick during the 120 ways" and wondered: how that was possible, if this was a new way to dock, could this be considered muff diving, what Amy thought if this. Sheesh, and to think I just got new contacts.Keith

hughbetcha 0 #65 December 13, 2001 the year started great but i had a major set back lately.i lost my job today. i was playing in a blues trio and we would play every weekend in grocery stores. there are 10 or 12 stores of one chain and we would tour from store to store around the city. it lasted for 2 1/2 years. oh well. that's just today. -stuff i got accomplished this year were very few (12) jumps, because i have been eager to buy a rig which i luckily just finished paying for but haven't jumped yet! -i got to go to amsterdam to meet my girlfriend who was on tour and i was able to meet benW, my first dropzone.com meeting, there.last january i made five jumps in brazil and i am going back for christmas but i don't think i can jump cause of my sudden cash shortage. we are flying american airlines!-i was also able to go to deland and i made five jumps, -also a guy named 'bungee' (Stephane Drapeau) who had been my instuctor here at para-vision in quebec was killed at deland this spring. RIP bungee-oh yeah i also had a car accident (no injuries for me) and have finally gotten another car (better too) straightened out. -i got two jumps in at skydive new englandover all a good year with some seriosly downpoints and some real highs. setting my sights on many more jumps though this coming year. i have only 37, the last being in july at skydive new england. Spectrejumper 0 #66 December 13, 2001 Well, it's been an up and down year for me. No pun intended. Well, maybe a little. :-) Good stuff:Six of my friends lived through really ugly accidents.245 jumps, most of which really kicked ass.I hit 500 jumps.Ordered my new canopy. Four weeks to go-Woohoo!!!I get invited on all the big ways at my DZ.No Mals, No injuries.I got a new car.I got a new job.Bad Stuff:Six of my friends almost died in accidents. 1 car accident, 2 skydiving, 2 small plane crash, 1 wind tunnelThe weather sucked this fall.I'm still single. :-(I guess when I put it in writing it was a pretty good year.Next year I plan to jump more, get my tandem rating, get my coach rating, and hopefully find a girlfriend. freaksister 0 #70 December 13, 2001 I have to agree that Phree is an excellent therapist. Why? Because he LISTENS This year for me:More good skydiving things can I have time to describe here, and a few shitty life things, and some good life things too. The best thing I've done lifewise was move a LOT closer to the dz! I am sure most of you who have been around awhile will agree that it will be nice not to have to listen to me bitch about living 7 hours from the dz! Another good thing is that I've finally hooked up with another skydiver and I can only hope I don't fuck it up royally! I haven't made as many jumps as I would like to (87) but I would hope to get lots more soon. I guess I need a job before then though, huh...I wonder if I can get my mom to buy me some more block tickets...oops sorry mind wandering again! So goals for next year: stay happy, get a new main, get a job, finish school FINALLY, have lots of sex, jump a LOT more, lose some weight, and party till I drop!!!
