scottbre 0 #1 November 27, 2001 It's been over three weeks since I have jumped, and I am starting to forget what it feels like. Damn. Hopefully I will be able to get at least one jump in this weekend, between learning how to pack. All you people in Florida and California don't know how lucky you are to have reasonably good weather year round.Scott"Can't keep my mind from the circling sky. Like today. Blue skies, little wispy clouds, lite winds, and no cash. UghMicehle"What of the dreams that never die? MyUserID 0 #5 November 27, 2001 It's even more of a tease living in florida, but not being able to jump more than every three weeks because your damn school sucks every friggin penny you have out of your pocket. Oh well, only a year and a half to go until graduation!!

MyUserID 0 #8 November 27, 2001 Well, the way things are going with the economy, I'll probably end up working for Wal-mart, living on the beach in a cardboard box, still be living off of ramen noodles, and skydiving my ass off on the weekends.

MyUserID 0 #16 November 27, 2001 Yes, I would have to say that I would continue eating ramen noodles if it meant being able to jump more often. Besides, they're not so bad. You have to mix the flavors up. There's all sorts of ways to make 'em too.
canopycudler 0 #17 November 27, 2001 Tell me about shitty weather. Anne & I drove to Quantum on Friday only to have discourging clouds at 2K.... and then the rain started. I was so excited to get altitude, it didn't even bother me that the winds were high, we had a bad spot and i ended up walking what seemed like miles back to the airport.But.. it ended up to be allllll good.. Anyway, I have found that the very-best out there is the Nissin Cup Noodles in the Shrimp Salsa and Chicken Salsa flavors. NICE! Quite spicy and nuked in three minutes flat, still in the cup it comes in. The previous version was called Hot Sauce Chicken and Hot Sauce Shrimp. Those had a little hot sauce packet you opened up and dumped in after nuking. This newer Salsa variety is just as spicy and does not have that extra step. Fifty cents a pop. Still terribly off topic, but other workday munchie favorites include the barbecue and meatballs& mozzerella flavored Hot Pockets. Wonderful stuff.ChuckChow HoundMy webpage HERE
 freeflir29 0 #23 November 30, 2001 "Fifty cents a pop."Man...that must be "Top Shelf" noodles.
