ERICCONNELLY 0 #2 September 18, 2001 Everything is really slow today. Makes me think maybe "someone" is intercepting web traffic and looking.
abraxas 0 #3 September 18, 2001 Yep, its this way all over the web.I logged onto CNNFN.com to watch my portfolio tumble some more and saw a blip about yet another version of that fu*king "code red" worm/virus being sent out.The usual warnings were included:don't open blank emails with attached .exe files, don't spit on old people, be careful with corporate user lists, yada yada yada. What a pain in the as* .
jumpmonkey 0 #4 September 18, 2001 Yeah, I've noticed the page loads taking quite a long time as well. I thought it was just my internet connection, but I had my girlfriend try from her work PC and it was the same there. I heard something this morning about a malicious virus called W32/Nimda@MM that's been causing some havoc on larger networks. It's evidentally one of those email virus' that replicates itself to everyone listed in your personal address book. Be careful of any "unknown" attachments.B~"...seven chipmunks sittin' on a branch, playin' hopscotch on my uncle's ranch."
wildblue 7 #5 September 18, 2001 Intercepting web traffic wouldn't slow anything down. It's kinda like a wire tap, you just grab the info as it goes by.I haven't had much problem, except with this site. I think HH said he's got a dedicated server in the works. I think his current provider just can't handle the load of this site. Then, I saw these two guys swoopin across the pond, and I was like 'weeeeeee!!!!' Pammi 0 #6 September 18, 2001 I don't know, everything seems slow and even the phones are freaky. I frequently have to redial because the operator will come on with that "please retry your call" stuff or it's unclear. I wonder if something could be down or something? I'm not a techie person tho, so who knows!Hemp/skydiving jewelry pics!

(over 6000 hits on my web server from it). But I'm sure the bulk of the problem on dz.com is all the bored skydivers, each hoping to see the post "Yay! We can jump again!"
