NE1 get the PIC virus through msn messenger?

A friernd of mine did and he sent me the source code, which has some non - encrypted writing/ directions.
it comes during a msnmessenger conversation as " hey wanna see my new pic>?"
I took it yeasterday"
if you open it it will try to send to all friends
says its harmless and looks like it to me but wtf do I know bout it really? (notice how it says piece and not peace)
heres directions:

" How to remove me :
r1 ) Click Start , select Run . The Run dialog box popsup .
x 2 ) Type : msconfig The System Configuration Utility pops up .
ø 3 ) Click the Start up tab at the top. In the list , find MsgSprd , Messenger , or pic 1324 , uncheck ,
press Apply , then press O k .
Restart your computer Or press Ctrl - Alt - Del , select MsgSprd from the list , then press End Task .
You may freely delete the files or the ' C : \ Messenger 1324 ' directory .
