It would do fine for sewing canopy patches and velcro onto one or even two layers of Cordura. It will not have a very high lift on the presser foot so it would not fit much container work under it. It sounds like you are looking for a machine suitable for a variety of work. These machines are more suited to single purpose setups. It's drop feed and the same bobbins as a 20u.Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
